Valerie Saindon
Founder & CEO
With over 20 years teaching movement,
alongside nearly a decade in yoga and marketing, Valerie founded YogaRise to bridge
the gap between yoga teacher training and a sustainable career, bringing education,
connection and professional opportunity together in one place.
Nic Dorsch
Community & Event Coordinator
Nic Dorsch is an
experienced yoga teacher, mentor and movement educator with over 22 years of teaching
experience. At YogaRise, she brings her industry knowledge and community connections
to support event coordination and the relationships that bring the community together.
Emma Scott
Brand Growth Strategist
Emma is the brand strategist
behind YogaRise, an educator specialising in business and brand growth for yoga
businesses. She works with yoga teachers and studio owners to help them build brands
that actually reflect the value of what they do, and brought that expertise to
shaping YogaRise from the ground up.
Peter Solway
Partnership Director
Peter leads YogaRise’s sponsor and
partner relationships. He works closely with aligned brands to understand their goals,
explore meaningful ways to collaborate and create partnerships that deliver value for
both the organisation and the YogaRise community.
Derek Abel
Storyteller & Media Producer
Derek supports YogaRise
in capturing the people, ideas and moments that bring the community to life. Through
